The kids and Tobin had such a blast at the Rv resort. From water parks, the pool, playground, and beaches - they had all the entertainment they needed. This was my first week driving to work in over three weeks, haha. My welcome home from the kiddos after work. I am so lucky. August 16, 2021: Tobin took the kiddos to the Corona Del Mar Tide Pools. Tide pools have long been on Robert’s bucket list but all the kiddos had a great time. TKay has asked to go back all week! August 15, 2021: We said bye to Camp Pendleton and Oceanside… now onto Newport Beach where LMH headquarters is located. Robert loved medal detecting, Ashton swam like a fish, and the girls just loved the beachside playgrounds. TKay has a new found love for “burger cheese” 🤣 I’m just glad she is eating 😁 August 14, 2021: It’s the weekend!!! We drove from Oceanside to Del Mar along Coastal Highway and it was gorgeous. We watched the surfers and I was able to show the kids a few of the spots I frequent on my many work trips over the years. We spent most of the day at Dog Beach and everyone truly enjoyed the fun in the sun. Not sure if Pepper Potts enjoyed swimming or the kids leftovers more. The Sunset market was one for the books. Between the food, dessert, and of course, the dancing… we will be back one day. August 12, 2021: This is how I arrive home these days. While this hasn’t been easy, we are still trying to savor the moments. Honestly, we are shocked how fast it has gone. Hoping to find a way to slow down time… August 12, 2021: My awesome husband scheduled a private lesson for the boys to learn boxing! So cool. Robert’s boxing dreams came true. I even was able to get a sneak peek before work! Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee!
